Tracleer®
 Tracleer® (bosentan) is a dual endothelin receptor antagonist and is the first approved oral medication for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It was approved in the United States in 2001 and in the European Union in 2002. In 2007, Tracleer® (bosentan) was approved in the European Union for reducing the number of new digital ulcers in patients with systemic sclerosis and ongoing digital ulcer disease.
