About Actelion’s CRTH2 Receptor Antagonist Compound

Actelion’s anti-allergy compound targets the allergic inflammation at the beginning of the cascade with potential to be used as controller therapy in both allergic asthma and / or allergic rhinitis, as well as in multiple potential additional allergic indications.

Current Status

The compound is currently entering proof-of-mechanism Phase II study

Supporting Studies

In Phase I studies the compound was well tolerated and showed an appropriate profile.
