Tracleer^® in HIV patients

• The incidence of PAH is higher in HIV patients than it is in the general population⁴¹.
• The BREATHE-4 study evaluated the effect of Tracleer in this patient population. Results suggest that Tracleer treatment may benefit patients with PAH associated with HIV and that endothelin is an important pathogenic mediator in this disease⁴².
