Andre Mueller - Chairman of the Finance & Audit Committee
With two degrees in Chemical Engineering and Business Administration from INSEAD, André Mueller started his career with CIBA Ltd and Sandoz (now Novartis) where he held a number of managerial positions in the strategic planning and finance divisions both at headquarters and in the US. After seven years with Sandoz, he moved to Biogen, becoming VP of Finance and Administration and then CFO. As CFO he was responsible for several financing rounds including Biogen's IPO. Four years later, he became a Founding Partner and Director of Investments for Genevest, the first Swiss venture capital organization.

Jean Malo - Chief Investment Officer of Breeco Management L.P.
Jean Malo joined Breeco Management L.P., a Houston-based investment advisor, as a Senior Partner and Chief Investment Officer in 2000. He was Chief Investment Officer for Vaughan Nelson Scarborough and McCullough, a Houston-based affiliate of Metropolitan Life, managing $5 billion of assets between 1997 and 2000.
From 1989 to 1997, Mr. Malo managed both equity and fixed income portfolios for Daniel Breen and Company, an affiliate of Banque Indosuez (a French merchant bank), in Houston. From 1978 to 1989, he was a corporate banker for Banque Indosuez in Saudi Arabia, then in Houston, and finally in New York where he was in charge of fixed income derivatives sales. Between 1977 and 1978, he was a financial analyst at the French Embassy in Singapore.
Mr. Malo received an MBA from Essec, Paris France, in 1977. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Association for Investment Management and Research and the Houston Society of Financial Analysts.

Juhani Anttila - Juhani Anttila was CEO of the Ascom Group between January 2003 and May 2004. As President and CEO of the Swisslog Group he served from 1996 to 2002. Between 1990 and 1995 he was Chairman of the Executive Board of Nokia (Deutschland) GmbH, Pforzheim. In 1985, he was appointed as Managing Director of Nokia GmbH, Zurich, responsible for various activities for the Nokia Group. Mr. Anttila studied law at the University of Helsinki, Finland before he became Managing Partner at CA Corporate Advisers, Zurich, in 1981.
